project background:

  • Spokane Eye Clinic needed a new campaign concept for 2023 that would expand to billboards and digital ads across many different formats and sizes. I was tasked with coming up with ideas, taglines, and comps for the 2023 campaign.

my solution:

  • I started this project by writing down as many words and ideas for the tagline as possible. Once I had a list of 10 solid taglines, I wrote down imagery guidelines for each idea, to help with the process of finding stock images for each concept. Once I had the stock images, I created comps, which were presented to the client and eventually narrowed down to the final concept.

I started by creating a word cloud of all possible ideas.

I then created campaign ideas and presented them to my art director for feedback.

We narrowed down the campaign ideas to the final three, then presented them to the client as comps.

The client chose option 2, so we created a few more variations using stock photography, then prepped the file for print once we got final approval.
